JGCAF would like to thank the NFL again for helping us make dreams come true last season, and we look forward to all of the dreams we are fulfilling with them in the year ahead!

Here is a look back at last season’s memorable dreams:

Two lucky families received tickets, and NFL Official Swag Bags to the 2013 NFL ProBowl!!! JGCAF also provided each of the dream recipients with a $500 gift card!

Two brothers with JA got the chance of a lifetime when they attended a Detriot Lions Training session, where they got to meet there favorite players and hang out on the sidelines at the Game the following Sunday!

Big time Chicago Bears fan, Sydneigh, was estatic when she got to meet her biggest heroes from the team!!! Sydneigh attended a practice, and ate lunch with the team! She also hung out with the coach on the sidelines before the game!!
