The Go 4 Your Grant Dream is a monthly award that JGCAF will grant to
children or young adults – who have Juvenile Arthritis- who have the
desire to participate in a active empowering goal.

The grant will help with the endeavor that the applicant chooses to
tackle in helping to make the active dream possible. This could be
overall sponsorship, gear for the endeavor, travel, instruction, or
other possibilities.
Do you want to:
Run/walk a 5k
Learn Karate
Learn Ballet
Go to basketball camp
Learn to skateboard
Go to Yoga or Pilates
Learn to swim or water aerobics
Learn to surf or paddleboard
Go kayaking
Hike with Jeff
Wanna join your little league baseball team
Take a gymnastics class
Want a new bike
Your soccer team need new cleats
Wanna play volleyball
Do you want to learn to be a cheerleader
Do you need a new set of golf clubs
Wanna play tennis
Does your softball team need a sponsor
And so on!!!
Grants average between $300 and $500. JGCAF will be granting one Go 4
your Dream Grant a month and of course, applications will be accepted
predicated on if the dream is feasible health wise for the child.
Applicants must be between the ages of 4 and 25 years of age.
